Safeguarding Week – Resettlement – From a Young Persons Perspective

Course overview

This session will give attendees an insight into Wakefield’s custody rates and the support that is in place for successful resettlement into the community in order for a young person not to reoffend.

This is an opportunity to meet and hear from a young person who has both been in the care system and in custody. The young person will explain to attendees what it was like for them upon release.
