Constitution

The Children Act 2004 requires children’s services authorities to establish local safeguarding children boards involving key local partners listed within the act. It also requires these board partners to co-operate with each other in the establishment and operation of this partnership board. This document details the arrangements for the board partners within Wakefield to carry out their functions as laid out in legislation and guidance.
